Attendance
Regular attendance is extremely important for dancers to learn and review
steps and combinations with their class. Excessive absences may hinder
their progress and necessitate a change in class level and/or removal
from performance dances. Make up classes may be scheduled within the month
you are absent. When our students are not in class, we worry, so we would
appreciate a courtesy call if your child is ill or otherwise unable to
attend class.
Visitation Weeks
November 12 -17, 2007 April 21 - 26, 2008
The Dance Studio holds "visiting weeks" in the fall and spring
each year. Parents are encouraged to visit their child's dance class during
visiting days. Video and still cameras are allowed. Brothers and sisters
are welcome to visit as long as they are not distracting to the students
or the teacher. If grandparents or other out-of-town relatives wish to
observe at a time other than visiting weeks, please call the studio in
advance to make arrangements. The Dance Studio has viewing windows open
to parents at any time. We only ask that you refrain from looking if your
child becomes distracted from the class.
